Freshness is the soul of exceptional wines, an attribute that transcends seasons and styles. It's not just about light, summer-only wines; freshness lies in the perfect balance between volume, structure and persistence on the palate. It's what elevates the experience, revitalises the palate and leaves an unforgettable memory. Here, we present five exponents that redefine the art of freshness in any season you want to enjoy them.

1. Maturana Vibrant 2023 Wines

Brothers José Ignacio and Sebastián Maturana surprise once again from the Colchagua Valley with a pinot noir that honours its coastal origin in Litueche. In this first edition, Vibrante 2023 stands out for its freshness and acidity, wrapped in notes of spices and strawberry. Its silky texture and soft tannins culminate in a firm finish, ideal to accompany a cheese board by the campfire. Available for $14.700 at tiendapuenteaustral.cl .

2. La Pascuala, La Artista Itinerante Chardonnay Series

This chardonnay from Litueche, crafted by Daniela Castro and Sebastián Mora, blends tradition and modernity. Each label tells unique stories, and this coastal white celebrates the beginning of the circus in Chile. Unfiltered, it has aromas of apple and honey, with juicy acidity and a creamy finish that pairs perfectly with grilled fish. A $12.000 at vinalapascuala.cl .

3. L'Entremetteuse Pét-Nat La Cuica

La Cuica, a natural pétillant created by Laurence Real, is a playful and authentic wine. This sparkling wine of pinot noir and chardonnay from Paredones and Nancagua, made with minimal intervention, offers sparkling bubbles and vibrant freshness. Versatile and exciting, it is perfect for any dining experience. Available for $15.000 at lacavadelbarrio.cl .

4. Los Inquietos 1 by Miguel Torres Chile

From a coastal dryland vineyard in Curepto, this field blend Malbec-led, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Carmenère, it stands out for its fresh acidity and elegant structure. Awarded 97 points by Tim Atkin, it combines menthol and red fruit aromas. Ideal with grilled red meats. Available for $73.850 at gradesterrunos.cl .

5. Rafael Moscatel de Alejandría 2022, Viña María Carlota

From the Itata Valley, this Moscatel captivates with its freshness and acidity. Fermented cold and without skin, it exhibits notes of pear and green apple that reflect its coastal origin in Guarilihue. Perfect for pairing with limpet timbale and marine touches. Available for $10.000 on Instagram @vinamaricarlota .

Ready to discover these wines that shine for their freshness at all times? Make your selection and transform any occasion into an unforgettable moment!
