If you are looking for a place to celebrate the Valentine's Day on 14 February next, St. Peter's Day in Cachapoal Andeshas prepared an exquisite pairing dinner at its exclusive winery hidden in the Andes Mountains, in the Requínoa district, where the wines are produced. wines icon of the vineyard.

The event will proment contemplate the sunset with its renowned exponents, the best gastronomy, with a spectacular view of the Cachapoal Valley and accompanied by live music.

Welcome with sparkling wine Leyda Extra Brut.

Aperitif:

  • Avocado mousse with walnuts
  • Zucchini rolls with capers

1865 Sauvignon Blanc

Entry:

  • Mushrooms stuffed with dried tomatoes and blue cheese

Sideral Blend

Main:

  • Steak in wine sauce, roasted carrots and quinoa crisp

Cabo de Hornos Cabernet Sauvignon

Dessert:

  • Caramelised fruits with homemade ice cream

Time: 19.30 hrs.
