As the year bids farewell and we prepare to welcome new energy, Miguel Torres Chile invites us to elevate our most special moments with a selection of sparkling wines that celebrate origin, tradition and excellence.

Because every family gathering, every get-together with friends and every end-of-year toast deserves a wine that accompanies it with emotion, freshness and character.

When closing a cycle, we look for experiences that remain in the memory: dinners that unite, moments that move and celebrations where the details make the difference. And among these, sparkling wine takes centre stage, bringing sparkle and harmony to every occasion.

Estelado Rosé: emblem of heritage and tradition

Among Miguel Torres Chile's most renowned wines, Estelado Rosé stands as a tribute to the deep origins of the wine-producing country.

It is the first sparkling wine made from the historic grape variety Pais, This variety arrived in the territory in the 16th century and has been preserved by small farmers who cultivate their dry-farmed vineyards with dedication and wisdom passed down from generation to generation. Its history speaks not only of land and heritage, but also of effort and resilience.

Estelado Rosé is part of a certified line under Fair Trade, This seal reinforces the winery's commitment to sustainable development and fair retribution to those who keep the farming tradition alive.

Made using the Traditional Method, this sparkling wine undergoes its second fermentation in the bottle, achieving delicate and persistent bubbles. The nose offers a symphony of red fruits and hints of citrus, while the palate is fresh, vibrant and fruity, reflecting the authenticity of the country grape variety.

Ideal to accompany celebrations of all kinds, it goes particularly well with seafood dishes such as oysters with parmesan cheese, or more traditional recipes such as an empanada de pastelera de choclo. Its perfect serving temperature is 9 °C. A sparkling wine with purpose, identity and history: the perfect choice to start any toast.

Elegance that is born inspired by the Andes

For those who are looking for a sparkling wine that will conquer the senses and add a touch of sophistication to the festivities, Cordillera Extra Brut Blanc de Noirs is an exceptional alternative.

Made since 1986 using the Traditional Method, this wine expresses the essence of the Curicó Valley, where the vineyards spread out in a majestic setting, under the morning light that emerges behind the Andes Mountains. Its cool climate and the purity of the surroundings allow the pinot noir, The variety that is the protagonist of this sparkling wine, reaches its maximum expression.

With a second fermentation in the bottle and ageing on lees for at least 23 months, Cordillera Extra Brut develops a remarkable finesse: a bright pale gold colour, an elegant perlage and a floral, fresh and spring-like nose.

The palate is silky, with a broad finish that reveals the characteristic fruity notes of its grape variety of origin. Its balance, structure and character make it an ideal companion to crown celebrations that seek elegance and depth.

Organic freshness to toast with intention

To open the Christmas Eve dinner or light the first toasts of the New Year, Miguel Torres Chile also suggests Las Mulas Sparkling Extra Brut, The first sparkling wine to be added to its outstanding organic line, born in 2010.

This blanc de noirs is made 100% with grape variety Pais, grown by small producers from the Esperanza de la Costa Association, reaffirming the winery's commitment to responsible agriculture and care for the environment.

With Denominación de Origen Secano Interior, The vinification process follows the Traditional Method, achieving a second fermentation in the bottle and a subsequent ageing period that combines ageing on the lees and a minimum of 12 months in the bottle.

The result is a sparkling wine with fine bubbles, vibrant expression and a structure that reflects the nobility of its origin. A refreshing, authentic and sustainable alternative for those seeking a sparkling wine with identity and conscience.

Each of these renowned sparkling wines can be found in the e-commerce from www.grandesterrunos.cl, and also in the respective shops of the culinary embassies of La Bodeguita Miguel Torres located in Vitacura and Curicó, respectively.
