Night of the Vines will celebrate its 18th edition in Vichuquén

The Plaza de Armas of the town, declared a typical area of Chile, will be the epicentre of the long-awaited Summer 2025 festival.

The Night of the Vines is the event of the summer season that year after year adorns the corridors of the ancestral town of Vichuquen. In this version, there will be more than 40 artisan stalls, tasting stands and the sale of wines from the best vineyards of the Curicó Valley.

The festival that brings together the best exponents of the Curicó Valley and local craftsmanship will take place on viens 07 and saturday 08 februarywhere joy and colour will flood the Plaza de Armas. This celebration has been declared of Regional Tourist Interest.

If you are thinking of attending, here is all the information you need to know.

Relevant places

The main locations where the activities of La Noche de las Viñas take place are the Plaza Vichuquen, and the streets Comercio and Arturo Prat.

In the civic centre, the stands of 12 vineyards and a wine bar will be set up, where there will be tastings and activities related to wine culture, tastings and competitions.

Calle Comercio will be the main stage of the festival, with more than 40 local artisans, where activities and workshops related to local crafts and culture will be held. In Calle Arturo Prat will be the food court, with local entrepreneurs and associated products.

Event highlights

One of the most eagerly awaited events this year will be the incorporation of a "gastronomic" element with the participation of the prominent gastronomic entrepreneur Paulo Russo and the Maulino chef Marcelo Jaña, who for the first time will bring to life a lunch featuring local products.

From noon on Saturday 8 February until 4 p.m., making a journey through 4 stations with typical food of our regionThe recipes, made with seasonal ingredients from producers who are beneficiaries of Indap Licanten, will be in harmony with Curicano wines. In this way, the aim is to revalue the recipes handed down from generation to generation and the richness of the intangible culture given by local family farming.

The festival is expanding its activities with workshops, artistic presentations and a heritage tour. And as usual, the local entrepreneursThe event will end with dancing to the best live music. All added to the tasting of wines from the Curicó Valley and a wide range of entertaining activities that can be enjoyed with the whole family.

A unique experience for all wine and local culture lovers. The town of Vichuquen is getting ready to fill with joy, music and flavours, and where visitors can enjoy all the riches of the Maule Region with their families.

Organised byCuricó Valley Wine Route, in collaboration with the Municipality of Vichuquén.

Timetable: Friday from 18:00 to 00.00 Hrs. Saturday from 11.00 to 00:00 Hrs.
