On March 28th, Viña Montes will open the doors of its emblematic Apalta Estate to celebrate a new edition of its traditional Harvest Festival.

This time in an unprecedented and exclusive format: “Montes: Feast on the Slopes,” an experience that will bring together the founder and icon of Chilean wine, Aurelio Montes, with the renowned Argentine chef Francis Mallmann.

The event – aimed at adults over 18 – invites you to experience the grape harvest from the inside, by touring
the vineyards at their most vibrant and celebrating wine at its place of origin. It will be a day
a complete experience that will combine tradition, gastronomy and culture in a privileged natural setting.

Aurelio Montes, a pioneer in positioning Chilean wine to the highest international standards, will be
the host of this celebration, leading tastings and sharing the essence of the grape harvest in
Apalta.

For his part, Francis Mallmann – a world reference in Patagonian cuisine and a master in the use of
ancestral fires— will bring the gastronomic experience to the centre of the celebration, with a lunch
designed for the landscape and identity of Montes.

With this proposal, Viña Montes reaffirms its commitment to excellence, innovation, and creation
of international calibre wine tourism experiences, celebrating the grape harvest as a true festival
of wine, fire and the landscape.
